Mobile health (mHealth) apps have been increasingly popular recently as a result. The significance of mobile applications in the healthcare sector is enormous and growing rapidly right now.

The quality and delivery of healthcare services have considerably improved thanks to mobile health apps. The market for mHealth mobile apps is developing rapidly, offering flexible solutions for the comfort of both patients and caregivers.

mHealth (Mobile Health) application categories

There are a lot of mHealth applications available, and new ones are being developed and released every day. One or more of the following categories best describes the majority of these apps:

Applications for Wireless Connectivity: Utilizing applications for remote monitoring, patients can receive virtual treatment from their doctors while relaxing at home. Without the need for frequent visits, practitioners may take care of their patients by monitoring their blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and other medical conditions.

Productivity Software: Numerous health-related mobile applications are available that aid in boosting the effectiveness and productivity of healthcare practitioners. These apps are made for mobile charting, virtual dictation, and arranging home healthcare. These apps concentrate on providing these features.

Applications for Diagnostic and Medical Use: These applications assist medical professionals in gathering, analyzing, and sharing health data. These applications give healthcare professionals access to test findings, electronic health information, and even digital imaging. These applications aid both people and medical professionals in assessing symptoms and making diagnoses.

Apps that Serve as Reminders: Using this simple software, patients may be reminded of appointments or when to take their meds. Despite occasionally being included in bigger software, these apps may also be downloaded separately. You may download, check the specifics of, and confirm appointments you have with healthcare service providers.

Applications for Messaging and Video Communication: Patients have come to appreciate the advantages of text messaging and virtual video conferences that link them to their providers, thanks in part to the epidemic. These applications promote enhanced care for patients and greater communication.

Applications for Mental Wellbeing: The goal of mental health applications is to improve the usability, adaptability, and efficiency of therapy. Through pre-recorded meditations, breathing exercises, gamification components, and other methods, they can aid in the treatment of depression, stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders.

Perks of mobile health applications for patients and medical professionals

Easy Availability of Medical Records: Patients don't have to go to hospitals to acquire their medical reports thanks to mHealth mobile apps. Instead, customers may see the report whenever they desire online. Without having to worry about leaving the reports at home or losing them, the users may visit the doctor properly.

Less Probability of Misdiagnosis: Diagnostic mistakes are common when doctors or other medical professionals handle patient records by hand. The likelihood of diagnostic errors is also decreased since mHealth applications for patients maintain track of all medications, communications, and treatment plans.

One of the main advantages of mobile health technology is the ability to provide prompt care in rural areas. By scheduling video conferences with medical specialists, the majority of individuals in remote regions may now receive timely care. Patients can skip frequent clinic appointments since doctors can keep an eye on their patients via audio or video conferences. Additionally, users may get crucial health advice and precautions via the push-notification function in applications.

Reduced Person-Hours: In the healthcare industry, excessive physician work hours are a frequent issue. This puts a burden on healthcare organizations' resources, results in undue stress, and has a detrimental influence on the standard of treatment. Healthcare personnel may now monitor treatment processes, access all of their information in one location, and contact patients quickly and efficiently because of mobile health technology.

Straightforward Bill Payments: For both patients and hospital professionals, managing invoices is a challenging procedure. Maintaining a handwritten record of patient bill payments and pursuing insurance companies for payment clearing takes a great deal of time. However, this time-consuming process may be shortened to a few minutes with the help of mobile health applications. Patients can connect to their insurers (if necessary) via applications, choose their chosen payment option, and pay online.

As the population ages, there is a demand for better and more diverse solutions to appear on the market. One method of analysing the trend in the health industry in 2022 might be to look for healthcare business ideas that address the needs of your customers.

The time is right to establish your business, among other things, in the healthcare industry.
The healthcare sector is made up of companies that provide medical services, manufacture medical products or pharmaceuticals, provide medical insurance, or assist patients in receiving healthcare in other ways.

Any entrepreneur wishing to start a healthcare business has a wide range of business opportunities, including medical billing services, medical transcription services, medical records management, and much more.
Some of them are:

Services for Transcription

Healthcare transcriptionists translate doctors', nurses', and other medical professionals' voicemails into written documentation for patients' records. Without a doubt, speech recognition technology has improved the efficiency of clinical transcription. It hasn't entirely replaced the need for human scribes to edit and proofread the transcription, though. This is due to the fact that voice-to-text technology has flaws and can be expensive in the healthcare sector.

Along with offering your transcription skills, you can evaluate and edit voice-to-text files from the comfort of your own home. This is the ideal home-based medical business opportunity because you can control your own schedules and manage everything digitally. Additionally, you can considerably surpass your competitors if you have strong digital skills and can develop a successful file-sharing system.

Applications for Smartphones in the Healthcare Sector

Due to their busy schedules, people today don't have the time or money to wait in line at the pharmacy, hold on the phone for a doctor's appointment, or schedule immunizations through antiquated procedures. Both patients and medical staff are increasingly embracing mobile applications to monitor, record, and manage medical conditions. Patients now feel more at ease and more involved.

You might see how healthcare applications are affecting how medical services are delivered, such as treatment, prescriptions, consultations, etc. Therefore, spending money on a patient-centered mobile app can guarantee individualised care delivery and a better patient experience at a cheap cost. Any firm would be well to keep an eye out because the market for healthcare apps is growing.

Management of Records

There are much too many records and documentation available in hospitals. Patients and hospitals both rely on these records. Therefore, there are various directions you may go with your healthcare business concept. You may run a company that manages medical records for healthcare facilities, choosing the best methods for staff hiring and retention.

Furthermore, the benefit you provide can make it easier for hospitals to locate patients. You might even go a step farther and help patients locate their doctors. If records are correctly handled, care services will be of a higher calibre.

Whether they are small clinics or big hospitals, most medical care institutions struggle to manage their medical data efficiently. Consequently, there are two methods you can take:

Developing an accurate healthcare records system for maintaining medical inventory and training medical personnel on how to operate it.

Starting a records management (digital preservation) business that is outsourced so that the health care establishment doesn’t have to deal with this at all.

Facility for Drug Rehabilitation

Sadly, the use of drugs has become widespread in society. Opening a drug rehabilitation centre would meet societal needs and be advantageous to all. You may put strategies into place to help those who struggle with drug and alcohol abuse restore their lives in addition to assisting them in obtaining recovery.

Since drug usage in our community has reached the level of a national tragedy, there is a greater need than ever for trustworthy clinics where people can undergo therapy for their addictions and resume their lives.

You can start a drug rehab centre to help clients who are addicted to drugs. You can decide to concentrate on specific patient populations, such as infants or the elderly. If you have access to big financial resources and want to help a larger population, this can be an inclusive company concept to take into account. Pricing will be impacted, among other things, by whether you'll be running in-house clinics or outpatient ones. You may also require specific medical development permission in order to obtain your facility and operational licences.

Healthcare Facility at Home

A home-based health care company will provide in-home medical assistance for patients who have recently been released from the hospital, those with chronic medical illnesses, elders, and other people who need help maintaining their health.

As the population in your neighbourhood is quickly ageing, this might be useful to everyone there as well as a potential business opportunity for you. Ageing and the onset of various ailments are affects we all encounter. This makes choosing to pursue a career in home healthcare a wise decision.

You can help the community while simultaneously growing a trustworthy business. This may also be the most lucrative business plan for the healthcare industry in areas with substantial elderly populations.

There is a bright spot, though: most industries have effectively digitised their business processes and payment methods. The issue still exists, though, in that the adoption of digital payments in the healthcare industry is still a long way off. Although receiving and paying bills online is considerably more convenient, patients still receive their medical expense bills in the mail.

The management of this financial burden via invoices and written documents can be aggravating for patients and medical businesses. Processing healthcare payments manually can be extremely time-consuming given the volume of transactions that firms must do every day. The only efficient way to deal with this issue is to change the types of payment systems in the healthcare sector.

Accelerating digital payments for patients can help better your patient experience, quicken financial processing time, streamline manual processes, and provide multiple other benefits to your healthcare business.

Advantages of digital payments for the healthcare industry

Payments increase the complexity and length of the entire therapeutic procedure. The healthcare industry would gain if digitising them could make the process easier. You can observe how effective it makes the system right away. Let's talk about the advantages of digital payments for healthcare.

Buyers can pay using their banks directly with digital payments.

helps keep track of and maintain the digital record of each transaction.

Earn money back or reward points.

There is no concern about acquiring counterfeit money or losing money.

Increases Business Competence

Operations that are digitised require less manual involvement. Therefore, there is nearly little chance of human error. The whole payment procedure is simplified. The process is streamlined by giving practitioners the option to text or email bills. Patients may be able to monitor their bills and make payments digitally for everything.

In addition to freeing staff members from hours of timekeeping, the elimination of paper-based processes allows them to concentrate on providing excellent customer service and other beneficial activities, such as assessing performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and more.

Additionally, forecasting, customising, and managing inventories are all made simple with just a few clicks by healthcare digital payment solutions, which also securely store a mountain of information.

Streamlined Record-Keeping for Healthcare Organisations

Every day, there is a tonne of paperwork related to healthcare. One can build a digital invoice, send it to a patient, and get online payment all in one easy transaction with the aid of healthcare digital payment solutions. You and the patient are spared from having to deal with constant bills.

Additionally, you will avoid having to manually keep track of the patients who have received bills, made payments, and still need to be contacted with unpaid balances by doing this.

Using healthcare online payment solutions, billing managers may simply access patient invoices and handle outstanding debts. This technique aids in a healthy expansion plan for smaller healthcare facilities and boosts effectiveness across the entire patient journey.

Makes Telehealth Services Possible

Even while telemedicine and virtual consultations were routine before the outbreak, there are now a lot more portals than there were previously. Telehealth services are now much more often used. Initial issues with digital payments in healthcare hampered the growth of telemedicine. However, thanks to these services, patients can have their problems resolved remotely, saving them the time and expense of travelling to see their doctors.

Using their preferred digital payment options, such as bank transfers, wallets, cards, etc., patients can now simply access online consultations and pay for them.

What ways can digital payments in the healthcare industry enhance the patient experience?

Both the business and the patients benefit from the circumstance. The best medical care is more likely to be sought out by patients, who are also more likely to obtain it, and providers are better equipped to give treatments and consistently collect payments.

As previously said, patients are increasingly choosing digital healthcare payments over manual ones since they make the process easier at every stage.

Here are some other ways that digitising your healthcare organisation might improve the patient experience :-

Enhances Engagement & Communication: In the digital age, patients want instant access to all of their information, including test results and unpaid amounts. Digital payments are straightforward to combine with other healthcare digital solutions so that patients may check in, make an appointment, and pay for their visit on their laptop or smartphone.

Increases Patient Satisfaction: Digital comfort is now accepted as standard. It no longer qualifies as extraordinary. COVID-19 expanded the use of contactless payments. However, as we have seen and as noted by experts, these preferences and routines have developed into habits.
Digital payment solutions encourage more loyal and satisfied patients, which benefits medical practices. In a period of growing competition, independent healthcare practitioners cannot afford to lose patients as a result of lengthy billing and payment processes.
Therefore, if you are starting a healthcare firm or having trouble keeping your clients as an existing clinic, digitising operations could be a perfect answer.

Offers a Smooth, Professional Check-Out Experience: Imagine having a patient in your office who is waiting for their doctor in the exam room when they get a text message. An invoice for their copay that can be paid at the time of their appointment or shortly after would be included in the communication. These clients won't waste time waiting in line to pay for something they could just as easily send from their phone in the waiting room or at home. With a sophisticated check-out process, patients may carry on with their day right away after seeing their provider.
In a post-pandemic setting, switching every process to a contactless substitute will also get you additional points from patients. Instead of processing payments on registers, front desk employees will have more time to concentrate on enhancing the patient experience by promptly responding to any inquiries or notes left by visitors.

Establishes an Open Ecosystem: A normal medical bill contains a lot of information that may be difficult for the average person to understand. The patient or his or her family may become confused by this. But thanks to digital payment systems for healthcare, every penny is tracked and validated. The theft of money is virtually unheard of.
Because the patient accepts the bill in its entirety and receives all the information in a straightforward manner, a great lot of trust and confidence are built. Any errors or misconceptions can be corrected straight away, and the adjustments will take effect immediately. In turn, this ends up feeling and raises client satisfaction.

Healthcare industry in India comprises hospitals, medical devices, clinical trials, outsourcing,
telemedicine, medical tourism, health insurance, and medical equipment. The healthcare sector is growing at a tremendous pace owing to its strengthening coverage, services, and increasing expenditure by public as well private players.

Key factors

Strong Demand: Healthcare market in India is expected to reach US$ 372 billion by 2022, driven by rising income, better health awareness, lifestyle diseases and increasing access to insurance.
As of 2021, the Indian healthcare sector is one of India's largest employers, as it employs a total of 4.7 million people

Attractive Opportunities: In the Economic Survey of 2022, India's public expenditure on healthcare stood at 2.1% of GDP in 2021-22 against 1.8% in 2020-21.
Two vaccines (Bharat Biotech's Covaxin and Oxford-AstraZeneca's Covishield manufactured by SIl) were instrumental in medically safeguarding the Indian population against COVID-19.

Rising Manpower: Availability of a large pool of well-trained medical professionals in the country.
The number of allopathic doctors with recognised medical qualifications (under the I.M.C Act) registered with state medical councils/national medical councils increased to 1.3 million in November 2021, from 0.83 million in 2010.

Policy and Government Support: In Union Budget 2022-23, Rs. 86,200.65 crore (US$ 11.28 billion) was allocated to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
The Indian government is planning to introduce a credit incentive programme worth Rs. 500 billion (US$ 6.8 billion) to boost the country's healthcare infrastructure.

India is blooming in the healthcare sector, but are we on the right track? Even if we are, Should India be here or was India supposed to be here a few years ago?

Virgil ~ Roman poet said "Fortune favours the bold" Meaning Luck is usually on the side of those who take chances and risks.

To be where we should have been,
To become the best in the world,
Simply, we need to race up the pace.

If there’s one positive outcome of the Covid-19 outbreak, induced lockdowns and subsequent waves, it is in the form of increased adoption of technology across different segments and industries. The healthcare industry for one, which braved the biggest blow of the novel virus, has in the recent past been witnessing massive improvement and innovation ushered by digital and technological transformation.

Technology further has the potential to transform unsustainable healthcare systems into sustainable ones by ensuring efficiency of operation and unhindered growth while equalising the relationship between patients and medical professionals.

It is not what we want but what we need.
The Indian Healthcare sector needs a tech transformation and the hustle starts now.

Digital transformation is fundamentally about improving patient experience. So all healthcare organisations have to do is implement these technologies and transform not only their business but the quality of patient care and delivery of services, right?

Of course, if it were that simple, all you’d have to do is call the software programmers and hardware installers. It’s not that simple, or easy. But, There are project and change management principles that can be applied to attain a successful digital transformation. The first thing to remember is that it isn’t actually about technology, even if adopting emerging technologies seems the basis of many digital initiatives.

The major aim should be accomplishing your healthcare organisation’s goals with digital transformation.

The healthcare industry is undergoing a state of growth. Given the pandemic’s rapid acceleration of digital transformation initiatives, healthcare organisations are quickly testing and implementing new ways of offering patient care.

Establish your goals first - then work out how technology can help.
You need to have a big picture of what your healthcare organisation seeks to accomplish, then look at how various processes can or should work together collectively to realise those goals.

Getting the big picture on how you want to transform and what experience you want to provide to patients can help you narrow down how digital technology can be best put to use.

Use digital technologies to make patient care easier.
Employees can utilise digital tools to provide better health care with insights gleaned through the analysis of health data. Sophisticated technology and artificial intelligence can improve health outcomes while making healthcare professionals clinical care delivery easier at the same time.

Don’t overlook the importance of cultural transformation in advancing digital transformation.
It’s critical to note that an effective healthcare digital transformation demands a cultural shift that encompasses implementing new operating models, encouraging new and different ways of thinking about care delivery, and, perhaps most importantly, effectively communicating what you intend to do with patients, providers, and regulators.

Technology doesn’t define what you’re doing or how you need to be doing it,
Technology defines what you want the technology to do for you.

The industry is expected to grow in the coming years, reaching nearly $5 trillion by 2025. The healthcare sector employs more than 18 million people, making it one of the largest employers in the United States.

The US healthcare industry is expected to experience significant changes in the next five years. These changes include an increasing focus on value-based care, the continued expansion of telehealth, and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare.

Value-based care is a type of healthcare delivery that focuses on providing care that is based on the value it provides to patients, rather than the volume of care delivered. This type of care is expected to become more common in the US as payers (such as insurance companies) increasingly reimburse providers based on the quality of care they deliver, rather than the number of services they provide.

Telehealth is the use of technology to deliver healthcare services remotely. This type of care is expected to grow in popularity in the next five years as more patients seek care from the comfort of their own homes and as providers look for ways to improve access to care.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to play an increasingly important role in healthcare in the next five years. AI can be used to help providers make better decisions about patient care, to improve the accuracy of diagnoses, and to provide patients with personalised care.

The advancement of medical technology is one of the core factors that is driving growth in the healthcare industry.

Some facts about the U.S. Healthcare Industry:

The healthcare industry is worth $808 billion in the United States as of 2021. An impressive 65% of revenue comes from patient care.

The healthcare industry comprises 19.7% of the U.S. economy as of 2020. This is significantly higher than most other developed countries, where healthcare typically makes no more than 10% of national GDP.

Healthcare is the fastest growing industry. Healthcare is the largest and fastest growing industry in the U.S. and globally. For example, between 2020 and 2030 employment for healthcare occupations is expected to grow by at least 16%.

The important question:

Is the U.S. Healthcare market efficient?

No, the U.S. healthcare market is not efficient. In fact, the U.S. healthcare system ranks 22nd out of 27 high income nations when analyzed for its efficiency of turning dollars spent into extending lives. Denmark ranked number one in healthcare efficiency.

Healthcare market efficiency is measured by looking at how much money is spent and how that translates to life expectancy. For example, every additional $100 spent on healthcare by the United States translated into a gain of less than half a month of life expectancy.
In Germany, on the other hand, every additional $100 spent translated into more than four months of increased life expectancy.

So be sure to tune in until the very end. Let's start.

What Do Investors Look For In a Logistics Startup?

As was already mentioned, the global pandemic significantly sped up eCommerce growth, increasing it by 25% in 2020 and another 11% in 2021. This is the main factor attracting investors to logistics businesses, particularly in the most untapped potential areas. Logistics companies centered on eCommerce delivery apps, supply chain visibility, and last-mile logistics management are of particular interest to investors in the logistics sector.

Integrating Supply Chain Visibility In Your Logistics Startup Attracts Investors

When funding for companies that address visibility tripled in 2021, the subject of supply chain visibility in the process of logistics investments attracted interest. Visibility is required as more logistics investors see the need for supply chains that are more agile and flexible thanks to digital transformation and that can swiftly adjust to outside variables like transportation limits.

By integrating greater supply chain visibility, logistics businesses can enable stability and improved communication between various stakeholders to pinpoint the issues better.

For instance, Remotestate improved supply chain visibility for a global manufacturer by 70%, which resulted in a 35% increase in everyday operational efficiency and a 45% reduction in transport and logistics costs. By integrating an intelligent logistics and supply chain software solution, this US-based enterprise became more responsive to its customer’s needs. Moreover, the process automation solution allowed the supply chain business to focus on other challenges.

Overall, the logistics business models to receive funding dynamically range from transport, fulfillment storage, parcel services, courier express, and their subcategories. Here are the segments with the most percentage of funding.

Steps To Get the Right Investors For Your Logistics Startup

If this is your first job with a logistics business, you must thoroughly research your industry expertise. A logistics venture capital studio can also assist you in obtaining the necessary funding for your firm.

Working with reputable logistics software development services will also allow you to take advantage of the knowledge and experience of professionals in the field who have already been where you are. Your project will benefit from the many creative ideas that a logistics development business will provide you with in order to meet market demands.

When your product is finished, use the methods described below to acquire investors for a business in logistics;

Build a strong network

Building a network might be challenging for start-up companies, but it's essential to winning over customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the sector. Investors pay great attention to the trust element when their money is at stake, so make sure you leave a positive first impression.

The finest places to find possible business partners are at logistics conferences, exhibitions, and events. See if you can make connections with logistics firms that can offer you financial support or help you build a clientele. Select a partner or investor who will help you navigate the process of expanding your firm.

Thoroughly investigate potential investor

It's also crucial to get to know potential investors well before approaching them so you can comprehend their needs. On the other hand, you will be able to assess what advantages your logistics startup may offer them. Determine the necessary justifications for their support of your logistic startup.

Their background in investments is something else to pay attention to. Recognize the kind of logistics business concepts in which they have previously invested. Finding investors who are the perfect fit for your logistics company will be possible.

Offer a practical business plan

Create a compelling proposal about logistics investors and their investments after reaching out to potential investors. Put yourself in the shoes of your investors when delivering your proposal. Consider: If you were an investor, what would persuade you to invest in a logistics startup?

Additionally, include a business plan that can be realistically accomplished. Your logistics software development team can review your company plan to see if it is convincing enough. Further, include your logistics investors in the development of future plans.

Participate in a seed accelerator program

Joining a seed accelerator program for new logistics startups is recommended. These programs will mentor you, train you, and provide seed funding to help you scale your idea, especially if you have no industry connections. Such programs also provide the necessary assistance to help your startup project thrive in times of crisis.

You will be given the opportunity to collaborate with other logistics startups to broaden your network. If you did well, you would receive a badge that would aid in funding negotiations. The badge indicates to your logistics investors that you are a trustworthy and knowledgeable logistics business partner.

Get investors interested in numbers

This is a simple step that has a significant impact. Rather than simply stating the benefits of investing in your logistics idea, show them the ROI in numbers. Show how you can achieve results in the time allotted and when your logistics partner will begin to benefit.

These programs enable medical professionals to get knowledge about their patient's symptoms and provide a digital prescription (if required).

Healthcare applications have simplified hospital and healthcare facility operating procedures, improving patient-doctor communication and expediting medical care. Additionally, because they now have access to the patient's data, healthcare providers can keep a close eye on their patients.

We'll talk about the benefits of having a hospital app in this blog post, as well as the characteristics that any hospital app must have.

An efficient tool for drawing customers and streamlining hospital operations is a mobile app. It can assist you in carrying out various activities quickly and efficiently, from enrolling the patient to releasing him or her. If you are still unsure about how patient medical applications might improve hospital efficiency, consider the following:

Simple Appointment Scheduling: To find out the doctor's schedule and schedule an appointment, patients usually have to visit the hospital or make several phone calls to the receptionist. Patients and the front desk clerk start to worry about this. Is it not? When it comes to hospital communication applications, the patient may quickly check the time of their doctor's appointment, make a reservation, and set a reminder. For patients, this results in a stress-free booking process. Additionally, it minimizes the workload for the receptionists because there is no need for them to phone patients the day before as a reminder. They are able to make better use of their time.

Medical Reports Are More Accessible: Patients don't have to run to hospitals and labs to get results thanks to a smartphone app. Instead, users may obtain a report online that is accessible from any location at any time. Without having to worry about leaving the reports at home or losing them, the users may visit the doctor properly.
This increases patient convenience while also cutting down on paperwork. The collection, storage, and distribution of reports don't need to cause the hospital management any difficulty. The report will be sent to the appropriate patient with simply a tap of their smartphone.

Greater Efficiency: Doctors can review a patient's medical history and offer the best treatments. A doctor can attend to numerous patients at once with ease. As a consequence, the caliber of your services will boost the reputation of your brand.
In addition, the introduction of a mobile application will allow the other staff members to interact with one another and have a clear understanding of their roles.

Simple Bill Payments: In the hospital setting, paying bills is once again a burdensome procedure for both patients and medical employees. Maintaining a handwritten list of all patients and chasing down insurance companies to get their bills paid or cleared is a tedious and time-consuming operation. Mobile apps can reduce this time-consuming process to a few minutes. Patients can choose their chosen payment option, make payments online, and interact with their insurance using applications (if necessary).

Accurate Diagnostics for Patients: Doctors may closely monitor the patient's diagnosis and other medical examinations with the use of hospital apps for patients. By doing this, mistakes that might be deadly to the patient are reduced. To precisely measure and monitor different health metrics, healthcare applications employ sensors. The efficiency and quality of healthcare application development services therefore rise. Patients can access the treatment process in real-time using medical applications. So it makes sense to move on with hospital application development.

More positive brand reputation: Hospital applications for patients may be the ideal approach to achieve this if you want to stay competitive in the market. Analyzing user activity and collecting patient feedback are both possible with a hospital mobile app. With the data gathered, you can quickly identify the inadequacies of your services and create more effective, user-centric marketing campaigns.

Timely Assistance Even in Remote Areas: One of the main advantages of mobile health applications is this. The greatest healthcare services are available via hospital applications, even for residents of remote or suburban locations. The majority of individuals in remote regions might receive prompt care without needing to visit a hospital by organizing video conferences with doctors. Since doctors can monitor their patients using smartphone applications, patients may forego routine clinic appointments. Additionally, users may receive crucial health advice and precautions via push alerts.

Real-time Communication: One of the main advantages of mobile health applications is this. These hospital patient applications may be used to communicate, collaborate, and share information with clinicians around the world in real-time. Since doctors from all across the world can exchange knowledge in real-time, patients gain. Additionally, consistent real-time contact between patients and physicians enhances monitoring by continuously assessing health.

Get Feedback: This further justifies the significance of hospital applications. A patient can submit feedback about the medical facilities and services received with the aid of medical apps. On the other side, via a hospital communication app, personnel may also immediately communicate their comments to the superior authorities. It's wise to offer a digital medium rather than a paper-filled feedback form. When healthcare practitioners get feedback, they can start thinking about how to enhance services or where gaps exist.

Features Your Hospital Application Must Have

Now that you have made the decision to invest in creating hospital apps, you must determine if the platform you have selected includes the essential features of hospital applications.
Here is a list of hospital app features you may add to the functionality, depending on your particular demands, to make it more user-engaging and alluring to your target audience.

E-Prescription: Doctors may simply produce and distribute prescriptions to their patients online without any human mistakes thanks to the e-prescription function. This method saves time, improves the flow of information between patients and doctors, and guarantees total patient satisfaction.

Use of EMR/EHR: Access to electronic medical records or electronic health records is one of the most requested features of the hospital mobile app. Because of the limitations and other security issues, implementing medical record access is incredibly challenging, but it is worth it because it gives doctors and patients complete access to the information.
Both parties can easily communicate information because of the development of EHR and EMR systems, other departments can also access the medical records for laboratory tests, billing, and other purposes.

Push Notifications: You can send push notifications to your users via your hospital's mobile app for a variety of reasons, such as scheduling appointments, modifying the schedule, and sending individualized reminders for taking their medications, an appointment reminder, or sending any other relevant health data.

Gateways for Secured Payment: For mobile apps for hospitals, a secure payment gateway is a crucial feature that makes processing payments quicker and simpler. Patients might receive messages from mobile healthcare applications reminding them to pay for unpaid prescriptions and other costs.

Support for Chat: If you don't invest in video conferencing services, the clinic mobile app's fundamental module is chat assistance. In an emergency, your users should always be able to get in touch with a doctor or other healthcare professional to obtain immediate attention and find out vital information about their health.

Physician Profiles: Allow patients to choose their doctor based on their profiles. The mobile healthcare app will have doctor profiles with their images, thorough bios, available hours, and reviews from prior patients. The dependability and transparency of your institution are increased by this particular healthcare app feature.

A Click Away Ambulance: One of the key components of the hospital app for patients is the one-click ambulance. You may reserve an ambulance service for your loved ones, friends, or anybody else in need thanks to this incredible function. You may also notify your trusted contacts about the hospital and its location using a one-click ambulance option. In case of an emergency, you may also look at the list of pharmacies and laboratories in the area.

Wearables: Wearables can be used to assess patients' health and life parameters as well as for fitness-related goals. For instance, wearables may measure blood pressure, check glucose levels, and check heart rate. By connecting their software with a wearable gadget, a user may effectively monitor their own health. Additionally, these portable medical tools might help with early illness diagnosis. Wearables are undoubtedly the future of healthcare, we can say with certainty.

There are several applications accessible, and whether we like it or not, cloud platforms and digital services will eventually permeate every element of our lives.

We utilize applications for several purposes, including recreation, sports, education, and learning. This is also true of the healthcare industry. It swiftly and seamlessly entered the app industry to offer top-notch healthcare services to both patients and medical professionals. The discomfort of waiting an hour in line for a quick visit with a doctor is no longer imposed upon people.

Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) are important technical developments. Although EHR and EMR have different goals, they are commonly used interchangeably, making it important to know the distinctions between the two. But first, let's look at what EMR and EHR are before discussing their differences.

What does an EMR system in healthcare mean?

EMR is a cutting-edge idea that may be incredibly beneficial for both patients and medical practitioners. Traditional medical records have never been reliable, and it can be challenging to retain patient information without the use of technology. EMR has been used in several platforms and facilities, but what exactly is it, what are its advantages, and how does it work?

The term "Electronic Medical Records" (EMR) is an abbreviation. Electronic medical records are more than simply a stand-in for traditional medical records since they enable the best possible collaboration and communication between various departments and healthcare professionals.

Electronic medical records often include basic information about your health history, such as treatment details and earlier diagnoses that your doctor's office has noted. EMR systems in healthcare services provide a hub for doctor collaboration and care improvement.

In reality, they are progressively becoming a part of a new government regulation that is focused on the secure recording, keeping, and retrieval of patient histories. In the present decade, electronic medical records are becoming more and more prominent.

Benefits of EMRs

EMR systems in healthcare may benefit healthcare professionals and the health IT sector as a whole in several ways, and things today surely wouldn't be the same without their expanding implementation.

Reduces Space: Electronic medical records may assist save a lot of storage space when compared to traditional patient data, which would otherwise need to be physically stored someplace on-premises.
Each doctor will undoubtedly experience an overall increase in the number of patients they treat annually in the modern world, where the population is always growing. Clinical documentation would rise along with the number of patients, something that could not have been achievable in the past without sufficient closet space.

Easy-to-use system: EMR also saves a significant amount of time by reducing the workload of healthcare providers by making it simple to quickly retrieve a patient's medical information. A healthcare worker would often have to seek a specific written record for several minutes.
On the other hand, the systems that are used to store and maintain EMRs are incredibly user-friendly. The EMR system in hospitals may now be streamlined by securely keeping, storing, and arranging patient data so that a clinician just has to enter a patient's name or birth date to locate their information.

Organization Advantages: Since staff employees won't be required to extract data from mountains of paperwork, it is appropriate to state that adopting electronic medical records may also help to lessen the probability of Organizational issues and functional costs.

Improved Prescription Procedure: The much-needed filter that stops clinicians from proposing any treatment or medication that might have unfavorable side effects, such as bad reactions or hospitalisation, is a noteworthy benefit of electronic medical data.

What does EHR mean for healthcare?

Electronic Health Records, or EHRs, are patient records that are kept electronically. Digital charts are increasingly being used by medical practitioners in place of the paper ones that are frequently placed at patients' bedsides. These real-time databases are designed to provide all the details on a patient, such as their conditions, health problems, and medicines.

People who are involved in patient care now have easy access to the information they require. Strong encryption is used in the development of EHRs, which are designed to be safely seen by only those with the proper authorization.

EHRs capture more information than the vast majority of doctor's offices and other medical data and information-collecting systems do. EHRs have been found to include patient medical histories and prior treatments.

They are designed to provide a far broader view of a patient's health and help medical practitioners compile the most important data so they may make knowledgeable decisions.

Benefits of EHRs

The value of knowing more information about a patient's health and background today is undeniable, but you might be interested in some more ways that EHRs might benefit your clinic and the patient. To allay your concerns, the benefits of EHRs are as follows:

Superior Medical Assistance: EHR makes it easier to obtain patient data more quickly, which improves care and aids in the delivery of high-quality care. They aid in the effectiveness of the doctor's care while also enhancing it. Patients also have access to healthcare information, which offers them access to historical medical information such as blood test results, radiological findings, prescriptions, diagnoses, and much more. By exchanging comments, texts, and even video conferences, patients and physicians may communicate. The portal enables monitoring of a patient's development during therapy by both doctors and patients. hence simplifying healthcare as a whole.

Current Patient Data: To make keeping and retrieving patient data easier, electronic files were first introduced to replace paper paperwork. However, they also provide several other advantages.
Doctors can promptly change patient information to ensure that other healthcare practitioners have access to a thorough, current medical record. Through this online database, one may get in touch with any physician or consultant involved in a patient's treatment.
EHR is very helpful since it provides doctors with a solid foundation of the patient's medical history, preventing them from having to start from scratch when a patient changes providers or sees a new specialist. EHR is a useful management tool that improves the accuracy of patient data as a result.

Integration: By connecting EHR with other systems, such as EMR, medical practitioners may improve care coordination. When patients need to see specialists, treat critical conditions like hypertension, or get ready to transition to home care for recovery or long-term care, an EHR system that enables connectivity is essential.

Enhanced Effectiveness: As was already said, EHR enables clinicians to provide faster, more accurate patient care. Because EHRs allow for speedier appointments and outpatient visits without sacrificing a patient-satisfaction approach, health practitioners see more patients every day.
The intended themes in the EHR can be used by practitioners to document persistent patient pain or concerns. These designs are routinely changed to accommodate a doctor's needs or tailored to certain specialties.

What Sets the Two Apart (EMR and EHR)?

The current move to an online environment has resulted in significant advancements in EMR and EHR software. Leaders in the healthcare sector are increasingly using this technology to streamline their processes. It is vital to comprehend the differences between these two technologies as well as where they stand in terms of growth.

Many people are first confused by the differences between EMRs and EHRs. A patient's medical history can be found in their electronic medical records or EMRs. They allow for the monitoring of patient records, the notice of upcoming appointments or routine checks, and the tracking of patients throughout time.

Electronic health records, or EHRs, on the other hand, currently carry out each of these functions, as has already been mentioned, but go much beyond the minimal needs that EMRs are designed to fulfill. To ensure that the patient receives the finest treatment possible, wherever they go, they are designed to make it simpler for several healthcare providers, including family doctors, specialists, labs, and more, to transmit information.

This data may be transferred from one organization to another, ensuring that various providers aren't working with different sets of information and keeping some consistency in the course of the treatment.

EMR and EHR also differ in the following ways:

An EMR is a digital representation of a medical record, whereas an EHR has evolved into a digital record of all healthcare data.

Patient records from an EMR might still need to be printed since they are burdensome to take outside of the clinic. EHR technology, on the other hand, makes it possible for patients' medical records to accompany them to additional healthcare consultants and specialists.

Even though today's doctors predominantly utilize EMRs for diagnosis, treatment, and care, other medical professionals can use EHRs for decision-making, diagnosis, and care outside of a single doctor's office.

Which option should your healthcare business end up making?

Both EHR and EMR have their advantages and are important to the healthcare industry, as was mentioned in the context of EHR Vs EMR. To select the best EMR for hospitals or the finest medical EHR, you must first grasp how the two vary.

When implementing EHR software, it is now assumed that the system would be networked and linked to every possible point of care that a patient may access.

When compared to utilizing an EMR, adopting an EHR improves both patient satisfaction and the quality of healthcare services provided.

Electronic medical records (EMRs) are unquestionably superior to paper-based medical records, yet they only complete the information that is missing from paper records. On the other hand, all of the aforementioned characteristics and capabilities of EHRs improve the clinical experience of the patient.

Like picking any other technology, choosing medical software is a challenging and time-consuming procedure. However, getting feedback from staff members who will use the application is a great way to decide which tools and capabilities you'll need vs want. It's critical to consider the particular goals and specifications of the healthcare facility you manage.

If your healthcare firm must often communicate information with other healthcare professionals, using an EHR solution that has been certified is a sensible decision. If your medical practice routinely refers patients for exams or meetings with experts outside of your clinic, for instance, it is highly helpful for every patient to have an electronic health record.

An EMR, on the other hand, may be a simple and acceptable addition to the collection of information systems you now use to operate your medical facility if your practice is independent and entirely focused on treating a certain medical issue.

You may have heard about Web Accessibilities, but what are Web Accessibilities?

Web Accessibilities means that the websites, tools and technologies are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them without any difficulty. More specifically people can: perceive, understand, navigate and interact with the web.

When it involves to Web Accessibility, CSS plays a significant role for creating a website more accessible and user friendly. CSS stands for cascading styles sheet, it allows you to change display and elegance characteristics of HTML elements. Use of CSS can be done to boost the navigation on a web page and at the same time getting to know with what element of the web the user is coping with in real time.

In this article, I’ve put together a few unique conditions that can affect the way some users experience the web and some simple CSS techniques that will help you build better web experiences.

"Standard" text content structure:

Headings, paragraphs, lists — the core text content of your page:

<h1>Heading</h1>
<p>Paragraph</p>
<ul>
  <li>My list</li>
  <li>has two items.</li>
</ul>

Some typical CSS might look like this:

h1 {
  font-size: 5rem;
}

p, li {
  line-height: 1.5;
  font-size: 1.6rem;
}

You should:

Select reasonable font sizes, line heights, letter spacing, etc. to make your text more logical, legible, and easy to read.

Make sure your headings stand out from your body text, typically big and bold like the default styling.

Lists should look like lists.

Text color should contrast well with your background color.

Emphasized text

Inline markup that confers specific emphasis to the text that it wraps:

<p>The water is <em>very hot</em></p>

<p>Water droplets collecting on surfaces is called <strong>condensation</strong></p>

You might want to add some simple coloring to your emphasized text:

strong, em {
  color: #a60000;
}

You will however rarely need to style emphasis elements in any significant way. The standard conventions of bold and italic text are very recognizable, and changing the style can cause confusion for the user.

Abbreviations

An element that allows an abbreviation, acronym, or initialization to be associated with its expansion:

<p>Web content is marked up using Hypertext Markup Language, or <abbr>HTML</abbr></p>

Again, you might want to style it in some simple way:

abbr {
  color: #a60000;
}

The recognized styling convention for abbreviations could be a dotted underline, and it's unwise to significantly deviate from this.

Links

Hyperlinks — the way you get to new places on the web:

<p>Visit the <a href="https://www.google.com">Google Homepage</a></p>

Some simple link styling is demonstrated below:

a {
  color: #ff0000;
}

a:hover, a:visited, a:focus {
  color: #a60000;
  text-decoration: none;
}

a:active {
  color: #000000;
  background-color: #a60000;
}

The Standard way to show a link is an underlined and different color(default: blue) and when the link has been visited becomes different (default: purple),and another color when the link is activated(default: red).

In addition, the mouse pointer changes to a pointer icon when links are hovered over, and the link receives a highlight when focused (e.g. via tabbing) or activated. The following image shows the highlight in both Firefox (a dotted outline) and Chrome (a blue outline):

Color and Color Contrast

When choosing a color scheme for your website, confirm that the text color contrasts well with the background color. Your design might look cool, but it's no good if people with visual difficulty like color blindness can't read your content.

Conclusion

In this article, I put together a number of tips that you, as the developer, can start applying to the way you write CSS, to create better web experiences.

While this is not be a full list, it's a decent starting point. Remember that creating accessible web experiences isn't a “do it all at once” task.
It’s a relentless slow process that starts by incorporating accessibility into development workflows from the onset then making changes along the way, as you test and find faults.

This holds true for a variety of things in our society, including online interactions. Our customers' experiences with our items are influenced by how they look. The aesthetic-usability effect demonstrates how consumers will often overlook minor usability issues in things they find attractive. In order to produce items with outstanding aesthetics, visual design is essential.

We'll go through what visual design is, how it relates to usability, and the principles that designers should adhere to in order to provide better user experiences.

Role of visual design in UX

Using text, colors, and images to improve a design or interaction is known as visual design. It is a field that evolved from both visual design and user interface (UI) design.

Making interfaces useable is the primary objective of product design; the user's attention should be brought to the appropriate information and functionality. Visual designers employ factors like size, color, and the usage of white space to prioritize the material on a page. But as soon as they succeed in achieving this aim, they may add additional enjoyable components to their app designs, such animation effects and appealing UI.

Elements of visual design

Any page or screen in a digital product may be dissected into its basic visual components. The fundamental tools that designers utilize include fonts, lines, forms, colors, textures, volume, and negative space. A designer's job is to connect these design components and create the best layout possible from a visual standpoint.

People frequently use an object's fundamental form to identify it. Simple or complicated things can be made only out of lines. For instance, even if the image below is merely a collection of lines, you will probably recognize an input form if you look at it.

How to approach for a problem

Put yourself in the shoes of a graphic designer working for an agency while creating a new user interface or even when evaluating improvements to an existing product. Take a fresh start with each project. Even if you believe you know the answer, nevertheless ask questions. Try to approach the issue without considering the company's or product's past in order to give oneself a little window of time to think creatively. Constraints should be taken into account, but you shouldn't let them stifle your creativity, especially when you're ideating.

When I worked in marketing design, I frequently had to deal with various demands, goals, styles, and other issues depending on the client. I discovered that I should always take the following factors into account while starting a new project:

Content:

  What words need to be on the interface, what is the voice and tone?

Audience:

  Who is the target? Teens, doctors, executives, or multiple demographics? These are your personas.

Goals:

  What would be considered a win/failure? How will this be tracked?

Brand:

  What's the tone, style, and logos?

Vertical:

  What industry, or industries, is this targeting?

Purpose:

  Why is this needed? To educate, to inform, etc.?

Accessibility:

  Is it easy to understand? What’s the reading level? Is it readable by low vision, etc.

Usability:

  Can the target group use/understand it?

By combining these factors and thinking about your interface in this way, you will be able to improve your ability to produce an effective visual design. a visual style that greatly improves user experience rather than detracts from it.

Conclusion

It only takes a few seconds for website visitors to form a first impression, and most of the time, that impression is based on what they see. Naturally, people will assess a product from all angles once they begin engaging with it. Making a strong first impression on your users or visitors will benefit from your time and work put into visual design.

When we have predefined number of fields for any form then we can use FormGroup but what if we need to construct a form that is more dynamic in nature i.e., we may come across some situation where we will be removing or adding fields much more frequently.

Let’s say we have to create a form for each and every student admitted in a particular class. On the very first day we need to store the data of single student only, which can easily be done using FormGroup but on the second day, the number of students increased to 10 . In these types of scenario we will be using FormArray to add fields dynamically as the number of students will keep on changing in this case.

Let's look at the example of FormGroup and FormArray.

Example of a form using FormGroup

public studentForm: FormGroup;

public ngOnInit(): void {
  this.studentForm = this.fb.group({
    firstName1: [null, [Validators.required]],
    LastName1: [null, [Validators.required]],
    firstName2: [null, [Validators.required]],
    LastName2: [null, [Validators.required]],
  });
}

Output Example

Example of a form using FormArray

public studentForm: FormGroup;

public ngOnInit(): void {
  this.studentForm = this.fb.group({
    studentDetails: this.getFormArray()
  });
}

private getFormArray() {
  return this.fb.array([
    {
      firstName: [null, [Validators.required]],
      lastName: [null, [Validators.required]]
    },
    {
      firstName: [null, [Validators.required]],
      lastName: [null, [Validators.required]]
    }
  ]);
}

Output Example

FormArrays are not only dynamic but they also provide different methods which are very useful in managing form.

Some of these methods are -

push()

clear()

length

at()

removeAt()

Creating FormArray

First we will declare a FormGroup -

public classForm: FormGroup;

In the next step we will use FormBuilder to create FormArray -

constructor(private fb: FormBuilder) {}

Here, we are creating FormArray named as students -

    this.classForm = this.fb.group({

        this.getFormGroup('Yogesh', 'Kumar')
      ]),
    });
}

public getFormGroup(fName: string, lName: string): FormGroup {
    return this.fb.group({

CSS Units are used to define length for CSS properties such as height, width, length, font size, etc.

CSS units are divided into two parts, the first one is "Length Number" and Second is "Length Unit" .

Ex : font-size :10px; where font-size is CSS property , 10 is Length Number and px(pixel) is length unit .

There are totally two types of CSS Length Units:

Absolute Lengths Unit-

Absolute length units specify a length that is not relative to another length property.
So, the length expressed in any of the absolute length units is fixed will appear as exactly that size.

  line-height: 50mm;

h1 {

div{
   height: 0.5in;
   width: 1pt;
    font-size:10pc;
  }

Above are some examples of Absolute Length Unit .

This table defines the Length units and equivalent size of Length units

Relative Lengths Unit -

As the name suggests Relative length units are relative to their other element.
Assume a scenario where you have to define a child element inside their parent element, and here you want to give the width to the child i.e 60% of the body .then here the concept of relative length unit comes into the picture.

Recap

CSS Syntax:

HTML has tags & CSS has selectors.
Selectors are the names given to styles in internal and external style sheets.

There are specific types of selectors in CSS, let's take a closer look at them:

Universal Selector: It selects all the HTML elements of the web page. It is represented using *.

Ex:
* {
color: blue;
}

This will change the text colour to blue for all the html elements on the page.

Class Selector: It selects the HTML elements that contains the class name followed by period character. It is represented using period character(.)

Syntax:
.class_name { property: value }

Ex:
<h1 class="check1"> My colour is changed.</h1>

CSS:
.check1{
color: green;}

In above example, the colour of the text changes as it access the class name & change the properties.

ID Selector: It is used to select the specific element using the id attribute of HTML element. It is represented using #.

Important: ID name can't start with a number.

Syntax:

#id_name { property: value }

Ex:
<h1 id="unique"> My colour is changed.</h1>

CSS:
#unique{ color: pink;}

In above example, the colour of the H1 changes as it access the id name & change the properties.

Type Selector: It is used to target specific HTML elements via its name & change the properties.

Ex:
<h1> My colour is changed.</h1>

CSS:
h1{ color: yellow;}

In above example, we are directly accessing the html tag H1 & changing its properties i.e. colour of the text changes to yellow here.

Grouping Selector: It selects all the HTML elements having the same styling definitions at once.
(Importance: Minimising code)
We need to separate each selector with a comma.

Ex:

<body>
<a> I am link.</a>
<h6> I am heading 6.</h6>
<p> My colour is yellow. checking group selector working </p></body>

CSS:  Instead of doing this:

a{ color: blue;}

h6{ color: blue;}

p{ color: blue;}

We do this:

h1,h6,p{ color: blue;}

In above example, we are directly accessing the html tags a, h6, p & changing their styling as they all have same definitions so we have grouped them using group selector.

Pseudo-class & Pseudo-element selector: It is used to define special state of any particular element and pseudo-elements are used to specify particular parts of the elements.

Pseudo-class syntax:

selector:pseudo-class {
  property: value;
}

Pseudo-element syntax:

selector:pseudo-element {
  property: value;
}

Let's say if we want to change the style of an element here button when the user hovers over the button then all of that can be done using these pseudo-classes & elements.

button:hover {
  color: red;
}

Here the color of the button changes to red when the user's pointer hovers over it.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet, a web document that allows us to alter the HTML page's design and make it more attractive.

By alter, I mean size, style, color, background, height, width, margin, padding and rest all the properties whatever you want to change. You will learn more about what CSS can do in this series.

Advantage of Using CSS

Page Load Faster as it reduces the file transfer size.

Can be rendered on multiple devices of different screen-ratios.

Easy to maintain because we can maintain separate files for them.

Saves a lot of time as different properties can be re-used for group of HTML elements.

How its applied??

CSS is applied by declaring specific styles for each element in a web page. And that's how the style declaration looks like:

selector {
     property: value;
}

We will look more about it, but first let's see about how to apply.

There are three methods to apply CSS in HTML document.

Inline Styling

Internal Linking

External Linking

1. Inline Styling

Inline styles are written with the HTML tags using the style attribute which looks something like this:

<p style="color: blue">text</p>

This will make that specific paragraph blue.

2. Internal Linking

These are used for the whole page. The style tags are inside the head element that surround all of the styles for the page.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>CSS Internal Linking</title>
<style>

    p {
        color: blue;
    }

    a {
        color: red;
    }

</style>

3. External Linking

These are used for the whole and multiple-page website. There is a separate CSS file like this:

p {
    color: red;
}

a {
    color: blue;
}

This file is saved as "styles.css" in the same directory as HTML page then we will link it with the HTML file like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
    <title>External Linking</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
<body>check check</body>
</head>
</html>

The most efficient way is external linking as it avoid mishaps & give clarity of code when you are changing the styles in future too.

Rest all comes with practice:)

Open editor, notepad, or VS Code & try on your own for better understanding.

More specifically, this markup consists of tags and attributes.HTML elements are identified by tags. Most elements have a start tag and an end tag. The start tag precedes the text and contains the element name enclosed in square brackets "<" and ">". The end tag is the same as the start tag, except that the element name is preceded by a backslash.

Suppose you want to add a paragraph to a web page and the text of that paragraph says "This is a paragraph". Wrap with HTML paragraph tags. So the HTML code looks like this:

<p>This is Remote State.</p>

All you need to create a paragraph element in HTML is these three. Most HTML elements are the same: start tags, end tags, and content in between. Some HTML elements, such as (break), have only one start tag. These are called empty tags.

Element names are not case sensitive. That is, it can be written in uppercase, lowercase, or a combination of both. You can also write. However, it is considered best practice to always write the name in lowercase.

HTML Attribute

All HTML elements require tags, but very few require attributes. Attributes provide additional information about HTML elements, which may or may not be required. For example, an image element always requires a source attribute whose value is the URL or file path of the image. Otherwise, the browser will not know which image to display.

The same is true for the anchor element used to create hyperlinks. It must contain a href attribute with a value that indicates the target of the link. Otherwise, when the visitor clicks on the anchor elements, the browser does not send them anywhere.

It is not necessary to include other attributes, but it is considered a best practice. For example, a browser can render an image without the alt attribute, which contains alt text for the image. However, visually impaired readers may find it difficult to understand what the image conveys without a description of the alternative text.

Now that you understand the meaning of the attribute, make sure you understand how to find and write the attribute. The attribute is always in the start tag of the HTML element and the syntax is name = "value".

Many elements have unique attributes that affect how content is rendered on the page. The attributes can be written in any order within the start tag.However, you cannot have multiple instances of the same attribute within the same HTML tag. Before considering creating an HTML file, let's take a look at the tools you need.

How to use HTML

To get started with HTML, you need a text editor such as Notepad ++ or Sublime Text. HTML files are in standard text format, so any plain text editor will work. However, in this demo, Sublime Text works on Mac and Windows, so we'll use that editor to walk the process.

Step 1: Download the latest version of Sublime Text. Go to the Sublime Text download page and click on your operating system. The ZIP file will be downloaded.

Step 2: Open Sublime Text. Open the ZIP file and click Sublime Text in the download folder. The editor will open automatically.

Step 3: Add HTML. Copy the following HTML code and paste it into Notepad. The following sections explain the meaning of each of these elements.

<!DOCTYPE html>

<html>

<body>

<h1>This is a heading</h1>

<p>This is a paragraph.</p>

</body>

</html>

Step 4: Save the HTML file. Select File> Save As from the Sublime menu. Name it "index.html". Save it to your desktop or another folder.

Step 5: View the HTML file in your browser. You can now open the HTML file in your browser. Double-click the file, right-click and select Open, or drag and drop the file into an open browser window. It will be as follows.

Now that you know how to use the HTML editor, let's take a look at how to write the actual code.

How to create an HTML file

To create a website using HTML, you must first create an HTML file. This file contains all the HTML code for your website and will be uploaded to your web server. Thus, when a visitor searches a website, the server sends an HTML file to the visitor's browser, which renders the page accordingly.

The following is an example of a simple HTML file that a beginner can create. Combine the code written in the steps above.

<!DOCTYPE html>

<html lang=”en”>

<head>

    <title>Remote State</title>

</head>

<body>

    <h1>Remote State</h1>

    <p>Hey! How are you?</p>

</body>

</html>

You can see below, When you double tap on the file that you saved or opened it in your browser it will look like this:

Note: Only the Heading and Paragraph tag is visible in the browser and the title is visible in the tab name.

<A> </A>

This is a tag that helps you create links to web pages, pages, social media sites, products in online stores, and more. The main attribute of this HTML tag is the href (see hypertext) attribute, which places the link to the linked website. Another attribute is the target. You can use it to open a link in a new window, which prevents users from focusing on the current page.

<a href=" https://remotestate.com/">Remote State</a>

If you have a lot of text, you need to emphasize a few words so that the reader can understand what is important. And you do it in bold text.

HTML document body. In fact, this is an integral part of any HTML document, but it's just a tag that tells you what the content is displayed on the page and where most of it is.

Elements used primarily for grouping elements and as a template for new controls. HTML div tags are elements used to separate most of an HTML document from other parts. For example, suppose you have a list of products on your web page and you want to use a div for each product.

Use IMG tags to display images. Consider that you can include images in any file on your website or on the internet. Also, the most important attribute is the src (source), which indicates where the image is.

Order list. It also contains list items that are automatically numbered. Therefore, this is very useful when adding list items. This is because the numbers are always in the correct order.

An unordered list means that it contains bullets for each item in the list. List items have bullet points for each item.

<ul><li>This is RemoteState.</li></ul>

<LI> </LI>

List item. Tags used in Ordered () or unordered () lists. Needless to say, you can have as many as you like.

<ul><li>This is RemoteState.</li></ul>

<P> </P>

Paragraph tags group text into paragraphs: D (it's funny). Therefore, its purpose is to separate parts of text or paragraphs. This makes it easier to read and organized.

<p>This is Remote State.</p>

The span tag groups the text you want to change the style of. A good example is when a sentence requires a red word.

This is <span style="color: blue">Remote State.</span>

<STRONG> </STRONG>

The text is very emphasized. It is usually displayed in bold and most often in bold. However, it has the additional implication that this text should be emphasized.

HTML is an acronym for Hyper Text Markup Language. Markup languages are different from programming languages. While programming languages are useful for modifying data, markup languages are used to determine how an element will appear on a web page.

HTML is a simple text based structure that even beginners can easily learn and understand. Here is an example:

<html>
<head>
  <title>Web Page Title</title>
</head>
<body>
  <h1>Hello World!</h1>
  <p>Welcome to Remote State Blog :)</p>
</body>
</html>

How does HTML work?

HTML is usually kept in files that use the .htm or .html extension. A web page can consist of hundreds or even thousands of these HTML files which are stored in different folders. When you visit a website, The server sends its HTML files to your browser.

Then your browser reads the HTML code in the files and displays it. Some web applications do not use static HTML but generate it in response to specific actions on their servers. We may also add other types of content, such as CSS and JavaScript files, images and videos, to add more functionality to the site. CSS allows us to add stylistic elements (like colors) to a web page. JavaScript allows interaction. Together, these three languages form the foundation of web development.

What is HTML used for?

Now that you understand HTML tags and elements, and the updates introduced by HTML5, let's take a closer look at what you can do with this language.

Structure website:
You can use tags and elements to define web page headings, paragraphs, and other content. The browser has a built-in style sheet that visually distinguishes these elements. The content enclosed in tags is in a large, bold font with its own lines. Text enclosed in tags will be bold and slightly smaller than the element. Without these tags, all the text on a web page looks the same.

Internet surfing Without HTML:
Navigating the web would be much more difficult. Imagine you have to manually enter the URL of each web page you want to access. This is the reality without anchor tags. HTML anchor tags allow you to link pages using the href attribute. Here is an example:

<a href="https://www.google.com">Google</a>

As you can imagine, the code snippet above creates a hyperlink to Google. You can also use hyperlinks to link to specific sections of a web page.

Embed images and videos:
You can not only embed an image in a web page, but also customize the width, height, position, and even rendering method of the image. Previously, developers used Flash to embed video in web pages. But, with HTML5's addition of tag it's no longer needed.

In addition to embedding video, you can use other HTML attributes to customize video controls, timestamps, thumbnails, autoplay, and more.

Improved client-side data storage and offline capabilities:
HTML5 has also improved the language's offline capabilities. Websites use cookies to store information about you that you can retrieve when you visit the site again. Cookies are good for small data such as authentication tokens and usernames, but adding localStorage and IndexDB to HTML5 allows browsers to store more complex data.

In addition, the application cache and cache manifest files, which can be referenced from HTML, allow users to browse websites offline by storing data on their computers. This allows the web app to continue to work even if the user is disconnected.

Game development:
You can't create a video game using HTML, but you can use the element to create a video game in your browser using CSS and JavaScript. Previously, this was only possible with Flash or Silverlight. But with modern HTML, you can create both 2D and 3D games that run in your browser.

Interaction with native API:
Another feature of HTML is that it can interact with the operating system as well as the web browser. With these features, you can drag files to web pages to upload or view videos in full screen.

What profession is using HTML?

All aspiring web developers need to be proficient in HTML. Front-end engineers use HTML (along with other languages such as CSS and JavaScript) to develop the structure and layout of webpage and application. Similarly, mobile developers use these languages in frameworks such as Ionic and React Native to build mobile applications. Back end engineers should also be familiar with HTML.

Even if other languages in the tech stack generate HTML, you need to understand the HTML structure to do everything smoothly. Also, use HTML outside the Internet, such as intranets and internal applications. Therefore, even if you are programming for offline purposes, you still need to learn HTML. Some marketers use it for blogging and email, which can be beneficial to non-technical teams as well.

Happy Learning!! :)

The first and widely popular use of blockchain technology has been to exchange bitcoin. However, it is no longer just that. Today, tech companies are leveraging blockchain technology to transform the way businesses operate. More and more companies are adopting this technology owing to its immutability and security.

Today, let’s explore blockchain in more detail and understand its utility.

What is Blockchain?

As the name suggests, Blockchain is a series of interconnected blocks forming a chain. It is a decentralized application that facilitates the process of recording transactions and tracking assets in a business network. A blockchain has no server that plays the role of an intermediary between users who exchange messages, money, or data. On a blockchain, anything of value can be tracked, which means once something is written on the network, it cannot be changed.

Understanding decentralisation

Blockchain is a decentralized network. So, to fully grasp it, we first need to understand decentralization. Decentralization in blockchain means transferring control and decision-making power from a centralized entity to a dispersed network. Thus, every individual who is part of this network holds some control, making it more transparent and accessible. In addition to that, decentralized servers are so secure that they are virtually impossible to hack.

Key Features of Blockchain Technology

Now that we have an overview of blockchain, let's check out some of its key features.

Immutability- To put it simply, immutability means that transactions, once recorded, cannot be altered or deleted. On a blockchain, all transactions are timestamped and date-stamped, so there's a permanent record. As such, blockchain can be used to track information over time, enabling a reliable audit of data.

Transparency- Blockchain technology offers greater transparency as it has a permanent record of all the transactions executed on that particular network.

Consensus- Consensus is the method through which each transaction is verified and accepted on a blockchain platform. The consensus required to approve each transaction prevents fraudulent transactions from being approved. Different blockchain networks can have different consensus methods. For example- Bitcoin uses Proof-of-Work (PoW), whereas Ethereum utilizes Proof-of-Stake (PoS).

Decentralization- As discussed above, when each transaction is verified through peer-to-peer authentication, it removes the need for a centralized authority. Decentralization enables two parties to transact without needing a third party to oversee the process transaction on a blockchain network.

The future of blockchain

The demand for futuristic blockchain apps is increasing every day. Companies all over the world are rapidly adopting blockchain technology as a secure, reliable means of keeping their data safe and making it a part of their day-to-day business.
In the last two decades, blockchain has transformed from a mere theory to mainstream technology. In the present day, blockchain is impacting more and more industries. Blockchain has the potential to revolutionize the world and transform how industries operate today.
